Sleep

As a little treat for turning 31, I bought myself an Oura Ring. Partly because while I exercise and eat fairly well, sleep has been something I struggle to get enough. I figured by having something that puts numbers on my sleep, I could activate the latent gamification urges and prompt me to get more good sleep. It kinda works, but you know what helps even more?
